Pricing

First-Time Appointment Scheduling

If this is your first electrology appointment, please use the button 'Free consultation and half hour electrology session'. 

Your initial visit includes: 

  • 20-minute consultation - Free

  • 5 minutes of intake paperwork. 
  • 30-minute treatment session — $40

This first appointment allows us to fully understand your needs, answer your questions, and begin your treatment safely and comfortably.

Booking Policies

To provide the highest quality care and ensure fairness to all clients, the following booking policies are in place. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our time.


Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your electrologist.

  • New clients should schedule about an hour for a free consultation and half hour electrology session ($40) to allow enough time for consultation and treatment.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment length.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled, no showed, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. The deposit is nonrefundable. 


Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s scheduled time.

  • Full service fees will still apply.

  • Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation.


Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is due at the booking of the service
  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit, debit, and approved electronic payments.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.


Health & Skin Safety Policy

  • Clients experiencing active infections, open wounds, cold sores, or contagious skin conditions in the treatment area must reschedule.

  • Please notify us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.


Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to follow clinic policies.
